At Mezopharma we manufacture cosmetics dedicated to mesotherapy, chemical peels as well as less invasive classic cosmetics with practically any formula. Production of cosmetics is performed with European Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP, ISO 22716:2007) as well as with European Parliament Regulation (WE) 1223/2009.

We are offering a production process starting with support in choosing the right formula and ending with packaging and CPNP report. We offer small minimal logistic requirements depending on formula and way of packaging.

We have multiple proved cosmetics formulas. Our manufacturing consists of UV filter creams as well as modern mesotherapy cocktails with biomimetic peptides as their main ingredient. Biomimetic peptides always require fresh substrates and sterilisation with mixed method of aseptic and heat filtration (used in pharmacy).

We possess knowledge and experience, irreplacable when launching new products. We take care of perfecting the formula, essential testing, packing, labeling, CPNP reports as well as logistics. Our products arrive at our client's ready to be sold and marketed.

We design, program and manufacture electronic devices for cosmetic industry however we also support different industries: gastronomic and heavy manufacturing. Our production infrastructure is dedicated to small (around 100 units) series of devices characteristic for cosmetology machines.
In our projects we mainly use popular 8-bit microcontrollers. Surface Mount Technology is our dominating technology in small panels dedicated to spill-soldering in soldering furnaces. Assembly is supplemented with manual soldering of THT elements.

We give our best efforts so that our devices fulfil LVD (2014/35/UE), EMC (2014/30/UE) and RoHS 2 (2011/65/UE) norms.
